This will be the focus of the 16th Asia TEFL International Conference to be held at the end of June at the University of Macau in China.
The conference ‘provides a forum to address the issues that ELT practitioners face in the changing glocalized world. Research into applied linguistics and ELT highlights a tension between two trends,’ which will be discussed at the conference. The conference aims to bring together recent research and ELT practitioners to further explore this.
